The Elijah Network Family and Community Alliance, Inc., d.b.a. South Dade One Voice Community Coalition is a non-profit organization focused on the prevention of youth substance use.
The Elijah Network provides services to first-time mothers through the Nurse Family Partnership program. The coalition provides indirect services of youth substance use prevention education.
